Ivy Rehab for Kids / Ivy ABA is looking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our new location in Dexter, Michigan!

We are seeking a driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with passion for helping patients live life to the fullest. We pride ourselves on our quality ABA program.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Graduate from an accredited BCBA Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide and supervise ABA services in clinic
  • Coordinate services with other therapy providers and schools
  • Evaluate and treat patients diagnosed with Autism or other related disorders
  • Consult and coordinate with other professionals
  • Review patient progress and update the treatment plan on regular basis
  • Train team and model treatment plan goals
  • Complete required documentation on a timely basis
  • Provide training and education to family members, caregivers using systematic program
  • Direct and supervise ABA Techs on assigned caseload
  • Complete necessary assessments and reports
  • Adhere to clinic and governmental policies and procedures
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and orderly clinic
  • Foster and maintain effective and appropriate professional relationships
  • Assist with administrative duties such as program development, RBT and BCBA supervision and feedback
  • Maintain standards of practice
  • Work with other ABA professionals to improve productivity, efficiency and maintain/improve quality of care
  • Perform other diverse duties as required or requested
